Product Overview

This product is available through our 503A Compounding Pharmacy, ensuring versatile solutions tailored to meet your needs. If you do not have an account, please contact us.

Under USP <795&>, water-containing topical creams without known stability data get a conservative beyond-use date (BUD) of 30 days at managed room temperature (20–25 °C). After application, hands should be washed; occlusive bandages should be avoided unless directed by the prescriber.

Though pharmacists must record justifications and make sure labeling adheres with state board regulations, they may alter BUD depending on certified stability studies, container integrity, and preservative effectiveness testing.

Stored upright, tightly sealed away from direct sunshine or too much heat; refrigeration is typically unnecessary and could thicken viscosity. Irrespective of declared BUD, the preparation should be thrown out if its color, odor, or texture alter.

Use: Often for fat reduction and body contouring.
Ingredients: Typically contain lipotropic compounds like phosphatidylcholine, inositol, and methionine.

Mechanism of Action
Fat breakdown: Promotes lipolysis, mobilizing fat for elimination.

Under USP <795>, water-containing topical creams without published stability data receive a conservative beyond-use date (BUD) of 30 days at controlled room temperature (20 – 25 °C).

Pharmacists may adjust BUD based on validated stability studies, container integrity, and preservative efficacy testing, but must document reasoning and ensure labeling complies with state board rules.

Finished product should be stored upright, tightly closed, away from excess heat or direct sunlight; refrigeration is generally unnecessary and may increase viscosity. If color, odor, or texture changes occur, the preparation should be discarded regardless of labeled BUD.
